However, we do know that data integration is important. So all our membership-levels provide options to integrate with static data—typically in JSON format. If your data is changing weekly or monthly, then this is a great option for you as we'll be able to update the data for you at no additional cost.

Typically, for well-defined task requests (design or coding), the work takes between 2-3 business days once development has started.

Lead-time is most impacted by the quality and clarity of the request. On rare occasions, research may be required which may extend the delivery time. However, we are upfront and clear when this is likely to happen.

These times to don't include or account for the times that we have to wait on clients to provide responses to follow-up questions.

Sometimes, relationship just don't work out. We get it!

We create digital assests and it is important for us to protect the intersts of our community, customers and ourselves from abuse. Because of this, we can only provide refunds under the following limited conditions:

1. A refund request is made within THREE days of a subscription/renewal payment
2. No task requests have been made within the first THREE days after the subscription/renewal payment.

You will NOT be eligible for refund if:

1. Any task requests have been made after subscription/renewal payment,
2. We have stated working on any task requests.
